RETURN  &  REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Vintage Owl. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.

CUT FABRIC 

All fabric sold by the cut, including yardage, half yards, fat quarters, and other custom-cut fabric, is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been cut from the bolt. 

OTHER ITEMS 

Unused, unopened notions and other non-fabric merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning an item.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We will work with you to make it right.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Sale, clearance, remnant, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

CANCELLATIONS 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once fabric has been cut or an order has been processed for shipment, the order cannot be canceled. 

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by The Vintage Owl.
